Hi, Am Enih Asanga and I just love to cook. Making easy and delicious homemade recipes has been my passion growing up. I started making recipes in 2021. Over the years, I have been learning from other cooks how to improve on my recipes . Right here you will find step-by-step videos from my rich repertoire. I am a mom of four kids, married to my lovely husband Michael, and we are both originally from Cameroon.
How it all started!
I started making recipes on Youtube and Facebook in 2021. It has been our family tradition to always invite friends over for Launch or dinner till Covid -19 came around and restrain us from having love ones over. The home confinement further stirred my passion for cooking and I started cooking and sharing my recipes on the social media. Thus far it has been a great experience and I am not stopping anytime soon. Motivation I am always excited at creating and posting beautiful content for my viewers. I take great delight in making delicious and easy to cook meals with just few ingredients. Reading positive comments and critic from my viewers also fuels my passion for doing this everyday.
Background
I previously lived in the USA for about four years which is where my husband had his job. During that time I enrolled in college to study Culinary arts. It was a little challenging in the beginning learning how to cook Western food but it proved to be an amazing cross-cultural experience at the end of the day. Later on, motherhood and family responsibilities resulted in a change in plans. Early 2019 we move to Canada which is I am discovering everyday to be one of the best Countries to live in. Living here and now doing what I love to do best has indeed been a great blessing for me and my family. Oh thank you Jesus!
