This Chichen kabobs are the most delicious I ever made. The chicken is well marinated and cooked just perfect.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 5 chicken breast
  • 2 clove of garlic
  • ½ teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon chicken stock
  • 1 teaspoon salt & pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soya sauce
  • 1 red, green, yello pepper and red onion

Notes

Cut and marinate chicken for 2 hours.
fit on kabob sticks with the peppers and onion as desired.
Cook each side every 2 minutes for about 10- 12 minutes.

    peel skin and cut to desired size.
    Extract juice from oranges and lemon. Add to the all to a big fruits bowl and stir to mix all together.
